Engage, Educate, Make a Difference

AMP Events Limited will not produce Event Sustainability Live (ESL) this November.

After careful consideration, we have determined that the show cannot continue in its current format.

Several factors have influenced this difficult decision, including a lack of industry appetite for securing exhibition space and hesitancy from suppliers to invest in the initiative—potentially due to concerns around scrutiny.

However, we firmly believe that even small steps toward sustainability are valuable and necessary for the future of our industry.

While we will no longer present ESL in an exhibition format, this is not the end of our commitment to the cause. We are returning to the drawing board to rethink the model and explore new ways to drive engagement.

We aim to return in 2026 with a refreshed approach, including satellite events, webinars, and other initiatives that will continue to foster critical conversations around sustainable events.

In the meantime, those looking for the next opportunity to discuss sustainability in events can attend the 5th edition of the Sustainability Breakfast Briefing at BMA House on Thursday 20th March 2025.

This gathering will bring together key voices in the industry to continue the conversation and explore practical steps forward.

Event Tech Live (ETL) remains firmly on track for 2025, continuing to grow and innovate. Taking place at Excel London on November 12-13, ETL is set to be another standout edition, bringing together industry leaders, cutting-edge technology, and the latest insights.

We are excited about what’s ahead and look forward to welcoming the community to an event that continues to push the industry forward.

We remain passionate about driving change and look forward to collaborating with the industry on shaping a more sustainable future.

Thank you for your continued support.
